Auto-photo

Did you realize that 90% of the pictures on the internet have either on the left or the right hand side a part of the portraied person's arm?

... they are all self-portraits! ... sad humanity! We are now taking pictures with digital cameras of ourselves, just to see if one of the millions we take is OK in order to publish it on the Web. Most of the people don't even care about the background. Like the girl I've watched today, crossing the bridge infront of our house. There she was, holding her arm to the sky, something in her hand, pointing at her. Smile, flashlight. I have seen the background before she even thought about it! She may have had a pretty face (it was too far away for me to see it), but it was no use! The background was a street with loads of cars parked ... really not nice to look at. ... and if there was anybody walking on the street, it may have been someone alone walking his dog.

... next sad part of our mankind!

We don't take any children to the playgrounds anymore! ... playgounds have turned into massive dog crapyards. The few children some of us (in our Western "culture") still have can not be taken there anyway, as it really stinks up to the skies, and secondly we over-protect the few kids we have in a way that is completely against nature! ... they are all bound to be small Michael Jacksons, as it seems to me. I have never seen as many allergic people as I have seen in the last couple of years. When I was a child allergies were rare, today almost everybody is allergic against something. I don't know the reason behind this phenomenon, I just see that it is like that. I have been told it could be due to the rinse we add to our clothes when washing them. As we want our clothes to be smooth when we wear them. I don't really know what the problem with rough clothes is, but as we want our children to be as cozy as possible, we overhear all criticism and wash our clothes smoothly, and when they reach the age of 10 or 12, there will be a surprise waiting for all of us: what will me dear, beloved child be allergic to? ... I think deep down below we want our children to be sick and ill, so we can pamper them even more while we can, as soon they will reach the age of wanting to watch tv, and then they are lost for us anyway, as we can not influence them in what they watch, beause they won't let us tell them what is right or what is wrong.

Never there has been so much literature around about how important it is to spend some quality time with our children, so they can become sound and healthy adults some day, when they reach the age.

Never there has been so much literature around about how harmful "eternal idiot tubes" are (be it tv or computers). But what do we do, for the sake of a little bit of relaxation in our lives, we turn on the tv or buy a couple of children's games so "they can learn how to use a computer".  They don't learn anything with all that silly Barbie and Polly Pocket or Shin Chan and Pokemon stupidity. All we lead them to is egosim and intolerance. Why, first of all because we don't know in which direction they evolve as we can not be asked to spend time with them and rather hand them over to "professionals", or the grandparents or even a nanny (of whom we usually don't know the least) ... and then one day we wonder why they don't obey us. Can our western "civilization" be that decadent already (and again!) that we just think about ourselves and can not be bothered to think about the flesh of our flesh we have planted onto this terreneal surface? Obviously not, we need to fulfill our personal plans and expectations, and once we have achieved this auto-fulfilling we can start thinking about our children! ... so first is always us ourselves! .. that's why we are always taking first plane pictures of ourselves and don't give the least for the background!

This is the way our superficial world works. And it would be so easy to change, if we could only stick to our Western principles of "loving our neighbours" and the  whole "christian story", we could have a much better world with educated, loving children.

Once we start thinking about them it's too late. They have spent their first six years in an environment of lack of attention, and childen do need attention, but not in the material way we are giving it to them. They need attention in an affectionate way. Why is it so hard to step down from our high egosit horse, just taking pictures of ourselves, why can we not ask someone passing by to take this  picture of us? ... but even if you offer to someone to take the picture, people refuse it! They prefer to see their own arm to remembering the situation when this unknown person came by and took this nice picture with a nice background.

The Royal Spanish Scum: DOWN THE CROWN!

Lucky who lives in a country without a royal family to carry!

I have just had another AMAZING information about the Royal family in Spain. Accordnig to the info this year, due to the financial crisis, they will leave later for their holidays. Does this make sense to anybody? ... because to fuel up their boat to get to Mallorca it takes some 20.000€ - just to fuel the bloody boat! Do you know who pays that money? Taxpayers - that's me among others. Now I ask myself: does this family represent me in any way? ... I am an expat, am not allowed to vote for the national government, have to pay taxes and am allowed to pay the holidays to someone who does not represent me in any way? ... by the way: I have also contributed to paying the prince's 70 Million € mansion, which he "needed", because the wing he's had for himself in the castle was not enough!

Chop these heads off!

It has also been nice to hear that they "are going to use the lemons from the orchard this year." Does this mean that in years before they threw them away or let them rot on the fields?

And ... on top of that they are "going to watch the use of the AC"!

What does this mean now? I personally do care about global warming and the use of energy, and them, who don't have to pay for it anyway, don't give a flying screw for it? Sorry which is the 16th Century we are living in?

No doubt, that Juan Carlos has done something for Spain: when Franco handed over the power to him, he established democracy as the form o government, attributing himself just representative functions. But that was about what he has done - from the on everybody "had the chance to pay" for him, his family, the empolyees, everything. Is it worth all the money? ... could all this money not better be invested into social security for the millions of unemployed in this country? Is this not more important than a clown fighting with a clown like Hugo Chávez about "education". ... and we still cut trees to read this kind of "news" in the papers! ... by the way, I was in favour of Chávez, as you can imagine. He was disrespectful, yes he was, but who is Juan Carlos to "request respect"? Has he been elected at any stage? (I know Chavez' elections are dodgy!) ... but this "king" comes from a family of slaughterers, slave dealers, killers and corrupt.

Kriegskinder und Kriegsenkel

I've just read a nice articel reviewing a couple of books in German, of course, about the generation of the "childern of WWII" ... and even the grandchildren. I'll have to read them all, as it looks!

The article has been published in "Die Zeit": "Die Kriegskinder sind unter uns", fomr Die Zeit Nr 20 / 2009. ... it seems as if the Germans now have reached a point at which we can speak about ourselves without blaming one another. And it seems there is another abyss opening under the "German surface". The damage we have done to Europe an ourselves is even bigger than we thought!

It is true thought that if you ask any German now alive about his grandparents or great grandparents, none of them has ever been in the SS or the NSDAP. Most of them fought in the war, but nobody was really a Nazi. All this has been covered up and there has been absolute silence about the issue. Many of the "war children" have been traumatized by silence and compensated silence and their parents errors with achievements and work - is one of the theories in the article. Now after retiring or just about to the old wounds crack open and we are infront of a generation of old, suffering people, without being able to do anything, as us, "the war's grandchildren" are the least entitled to try and heal exactly those who passed on the values and habits of their parents'.

My grandfather on my fathers' side, supposedly always was a "social democrat", working class, but we never went deeper on this topic. I was too young by the time and when I had reached the age decided to stay away from my family ... maybe it has something to do with this trauma, passed on from my father to me.

Nevertheless, my grandmother had been in the BDM (Bund Deutscher Mädchen) the Nazi-organization for girls, for them to do sports and to lear how to be good wives and mothers. And she admitted liking it and backing "the little bit she understood of politics". ... but here again, it never went beyond that, as she said that she did not understand anything about politics.

Some of the loudest years in our history will be the most silenced ones. Just as it happened with the dictatorships in South America. It's a pitty there will be no "oral history" to this saddest part of recent history. We leave it all to scientists who will hardly grasp the "feeling of the time".

... if we bury it in silence there's no need to write anymore about it.

Mr Ghaddafi, Mr Berlusconi, Europe and their meeting

I have just read an article on one excellent German newspaper (where you can get this kind of information), about Mr Ghaddafi visiting Mr Berlusconi in Italy.

According to the article in Der Freitag, entitled: "Ein Bild sagt mehr als 1000 Orden" (A picture says more than 1000 decorations"). Mr Ghaddafi has been visiting Italy and for one of the ceremonies, insteda of using his "usual" bedunie costume, he wore his military uniform with all the decorations possible on his left hand side AND a picture on the other side of his chest! ... this red-framed image displays the lybian resistance hero, Omar al Muktar, a few minutes before being hung by italian soldiers. According to the article this picture was to prevent any human rights issues. Amazing how innocent left wing europeans can be! ... well, yes, dictatorships are long gone here in Western Europe, we think! (Sorry what else is the "cavalliere's" reign? ... he is more of a "principe" using state's power to his own advantage, twisting the rules, laws, conventions, the supreme court, ... everything that can be twisted to his advantage ... in "Faust" by Goethe, Mephisto has a scene where he defines himself as "the twister, the one that changes the appearance of everything" ... and someone like this in power for years and repeatedly in catholic Italy!)

Back to the topic: Mr Ghaddafi does not give the least about Human Rights! ... please understand this! HE DOES NOT CARE THE LEAST!

Like the "pseudo cavalliere", Ghaddafi preferes the show (if you are interested in the way he entered, please read this wonderful article in the Süddeutsche Zeitung) to "politics" ... this was a topic he loved in the 80's and 90's, but then he learned from the Bush-clan in the USA that "politics" is not for arabs and preferred to make money - just like the Bush-family ... coincidence?

Well, according to the few articles I have achieved to read so far, it seems that Italy and Lybia have agreed to a peaceful partnership. ... and everybody seems to be rejoicing, but nobody says that it is no wonder, as Italy under this corrupt and power-mad puppet is much closer to Africa than it has been to Europe lately (just to remind about the pseudo cavalliere talking about the earthquke in L'Acquila, the way he got some court cases out his way, the way the Geneve-demonstration has been dispersed) ... most elegant dictator tactics.

Do we really need media-coverage for this? ... well Berlusconi has the monolopy in Italy, so they are forced to covering it, but does Europe really need to know about two clowns meeting?

Choking on a bite of the apple of Eden

... yes, I quoted, a band called Death Angel, who I usually don't like too much, but this sentence just carved into my mind.

Today chatting with a colleague looking at the wonderful weather outside we felt the strong urge to sit outside and have a beer, maybe some sardines with it, hearing the Mediterranean waves reaching the beach and all of a sudden we realized something transcendental. We love our job, but we only do in the sense that it is the smallest of all other possible job-evils. Asking ourselves who would want to work, we started getting to our personal vision of paradise, of course nothing worth publishing came out, but we realized that "would it not have been for the bite Eve had herself and made Adam have, we would not be sitting there, but on the beach with a beer in our hands.

So we reached the conclusion that men have to work, because women wanted knowledge, which they now refuse to have and leave it up to us (reading instruction manuals and all those funny things we are allowed to do in order to stay alive). And basically WE have to work, because THEY made us reach knowledge, while THEY are either staying at home or spend OUR money in shopping centres.

I think I will have to rethink the bible from a more macho perspective to understand all the sarcasm and irony it holds within!

European Elections - what is this?

Once again we have been invited to participate at the most boring and meaningless elections. We don't know what we are supposed to be voting for. ... here in Spain, where I live but am not allowed to vote, there is one of the two big parties trying to gather votes by stating "Solutions now". This is extremely wise, as everybody wants "solutions now", specially if the problem has never been specified, nor has the solution ever be pronounced, except for the usual common places: "we want to create more jobs", " we will increase security". And these people want us to vote for them, so they can travel between Brussels, Strassbourg, the main european capitals and their home (where they spend most of the time, making valuable contacts to perpetrate their easy living.

What the hell do they do all day long in the European Parliament? It's what journalists have been complaining about for ages: we don't know!

This seems to be fruit of the ever-ongoing specialization and "bringing things to the next level of abstraction". By now you have to be a specialist to vote for who is supposed to be representing you in Europe! ... what is this for? Could it be that there is a certain class in our society who does not like democracy as we know it and therefore had to bring the whole issue one level "further up", so these peasants loose interest and we can handle things as has been done 500 years ago.

Could we try and remind "our european leaders" what the EU has been created for? ... and now let's see what it has developed into! Is there any connection what so ever between an institution that was meant to enhance peace and cooperation and a bureaucratic "Über-Apparat" that will soon regulate the amount of crap we are allowed to flush down our toilets on a daily basis, after having discussed the issue for five years, as there are many aspects to be taken into account like: per capita size of the inhabitants of a determined living space ... how would you define "living space" (another three years!), and the do you measure it by age, weight, size or income? ... no will have to hire an external team of matemathicians so they can work out a formula which noone but themselves understand by which we can regulate this and assign the amount of water that can be used to flush your toilet, so we can balance our taxes throughout Europe. It would be a shame if someone in Romania would have to pay less for his "little bundle" than someone in Germany ... but what if this German goes to live to Romania? ... will he pay as a Ferman which for his physical and cultural constitution should be (unless he has an immigrant background and therefore different eating habits and subsequently digestive conditions) ... and then we get to ask ourselves, why should he vote in Germany, as he is not even paying taxes in Germany? Why should he not vote in the country he is paying his taxes, this way at least he can have the ilusion of influencing the decision on what is done with the taxes he pays. SHIT! There we are back to the "democracy question" we wanted to avoid by "expanding Europe"!

I will keep on voting in Europe, even though I think we may be perpetrating useless politicians that are absolutely obsolete on national level and then get "promoted" to Europe, as the German CSU tried with Mrs Hohlmayer (I don't even know how to spell this lady's name) ... I just know that she's been a TOTAL waste of tax-payer's money, and as she was hopeless they tried to find her a space in Europe. I did not follow the career any further, I just hope she has not achieved it and will now have time to raise her children (if she has any) in a better way her parents did with her.

Beloved bank managers

Well, here we are again with my favourite topic: bank managers!

Just imagine: you are working for a company which trades over the internet. All your clients pay online and most of the by credit or debit card (just like Google, Yahoo, MSN and basically anybody who is active in online business nowadays) ... one difference you live in Spain (no I am not talking about Nigeria or Azerbaidjan or even Burkina Faso).

All of a sudden your clients are not paying anymore! They start calling YOU! Telling you: buddy, I can not pay you! Don't know what´s going on! ... you lead your client through the whole payment process on your Website ... and all of a sudden the client says : "Payment failed, and I've got money on my card!" Do you know what is going on there? And you say: well, here everything is alright, could it be something with your card?

After two weeks of trying to get payments without success,  a client calls you because he's called the fraud department of his bank and he tells you: "It's your bank who wants me to call them to confirm that the payment is legal."

Then you finally call your bank to ask them and they say: "There have been too many online payments, so we were alerted and stopped all online payments." And you go and say: "Well, "gentlemen", this online payment facility is there for me to receive online payments, isn't it? And why would I go through all the paper work if I was not entitled to receive the money?"

Now our company is not able to survive, because we can not receive any payments without the clients calling to confirm! ... that's a way to create crisis! No wonder so many companies are going through tough times, if the bloody banks don't allow them to survive! ... simply because they "felt there was something fraudulent going on".

Our financial system has reached a opint where it needs to be restructured urgently!

Bad bank managers can not have the power to lead companies to bankrupcy by simply impeding that they get the payments they need to get in order to survive. While the same managers get "premiums" and "bonuses" for their crap work.

Was the financial world not a much better place when the  governments still had a grip on the financial system? Yes, there was regulation. ... and what is so bad about it? Those people who deplore "anarchy" implemented exactly this in economy, and just for greed! That's what is so bad about it.

With the world wide financial and economic crisis we have learned that anarchy is no good to society. ... and this has always been a point! Even Mikhail Bakunin wanted a regulation of the finances within an anarchic society ... and that was over a century ago.

Anarchy can only exist and be productive if we respect each other, which the bank managers have not done. And I think they should be heavily punished by us, by "the society". They have just fallen from grace ... as it happened to priests and doctors before.

I have never believed in banks nor their managers and even less in their emlopyees: if they offer you all these wonderful miraculous share opportunities and fonds, how come they are not all millionaires themselves? Do you know why? Because we have never dared to ask them. And why have we not dared to ask them? ... because if we would have, they would have treated us as idiots! ... and besides this: even the worst earning secretary was forced to wear "proper clothes" ... which means that she was forced into a spiral where one could only get out by landingin the ditch.

So what happened: the YUPPI came to life. His philosophy: "I am a human being and I don't want to be part of all this sickness. So I'll tell you what I'll do: I'll earn as much money as quick as I can and then I just fall out. ... once I have enough money to buy the house I want ... and then I will dedicate myself to growing my own vegetables and doing my handcraft and I will live happily forever after. The Yuppies are all friendly people when you meet them in private, but I wish to everybody not to have any of them as a business partner! They are useless ... ruthless but just for themselves! There is no loyalty to a company, a boss or a colleague, it's me, myself and I!

Well, and this is the point we have reached. The point of no return from greed!

Thank you dear defenders of savage and "free" capitalism
