Well, here we are again with my favourite topic: bank managers!
Just imagine: you are working for a company which trades over the internet. All your clients pay online and most of the by credit or debit card (just like Google, Yahoo, MSN and basically anybody who is active in online business nowadays) ... one difference you live in Spain (no I am not talking about Nigeria or Azerbaidjan or even Burkina Faso).
All of a sudden your clients are not paying anymore! They start calling YOU! Telling you: buddy, I can not pay you! Don't know what´s going on! ... you lead your client through the whole payment process on your Website ... and all of a sudden the client says : "Payment failed, and I've got money on my card!" Do you know what is going on there? And you say: well, here everything is alright, could it be something with your card?
After two weeks of trying to get payments without success, a client calls you because he's called the fraud department of his bank and he tells you: "It's your bank who wants me to call them to confirm that the payment is legal."
Then you finally call your bank to ask them and they say: "There have been too many online payments, so we were alerted and stopped all online payments." And you go and say: "Well, "gentlemen", this online payment facility is there for me to receive online payments, isn't it? And why would I go through all the paper work if I was not entitled to receive the money?"
Now our company is not able to survive, because we can not receive any payments without the clients calling to confirm! ... that's a way to create crisis! No wonder so many companies are going through tough times, if the bloody banks don't allow them to survive! ... simply because they "felt there was something fraudulent going on".
Our financial system has reached a opint where it needs to be restructured urgently!
Bad bank managers can not have the power to lead companies to bankrupcy by simply impeding that they get the payments they need to get in order to survive. While the same managers get "premiums" and "bonuses" for their crap work.
Was the financial world not a much better place when the governments still had a grip on the financial system? Yes, there was regulation. ... and what is so bad about it? Those people who deplore "anarchy" implemented exactly this in economy, and just for greed! That's what is so bad about it.
With the world wide financial and economic crisis we have learned that anarchy is no good to society. ... and this has always been a point! Even Mikhail Bakunin wanted a regulation of the finances within an anarchic society ... and that was over a century ago.
Anarchy can only exist and be productive if we respect each other, which the bank managers have not done. And I think they should be heavily punished by us, by "the society". They have just fallen from grace ... as it happened to priests and doctors before.
I have never believed in banks nor their managers and even less in their emlopyees: if they offer you all these wonderful miraculous share opportunities and fonds, how come they are not all millionaires themselves? Do you know why? Because we have never dared to ask them. And why have we not dared to ask them? ... because if we would have, they would have treated us as idiots! ... and besides this: even the worst earning secretary was forced to wear "proper clothes" ... which means that she was forced into a spiral where one could only get out by landingin the ditch.
So what happened: the YUPPI came to life. His philosophy: "I am a human being and I don't want to be part of all this sickness. So I'll tell you what I'll do: I'll earn as much money as quick as I can and then I just fall out. ... once I have enough money to buy the house I want ... and then I will dedicate myself to growing my own vegetables and doing my handcraft and I will live happily forever after. The Yuppies are all friendly people when you meet them in private, but I wish to everybody not to have any of them as a business partner! They are useless ... ruthless but just for themselves! There is no loyalty to a company, a boss or a colleague, it's me, myself and I!
Well, and this is the point we have reached. The point of no return from greed!
Thank you dear defenders of savage and "free" capitalism
